Turkish Airlines are the main scheduled flight operator. Normally the flights are via Istanbul with a connection to Dalaman. A flight of 1Hour 20Minutes. You can book these by clicking on image

From Dalaman to Fethiye is around one hour in a private taxi which costs between £25 and £40 each way or you can rent a car here

During the summer period there are flights from many local airports and the above sites should cover them all.

One other schedule option is a small airline called Cyprus Turkish Airlines which fly from Stansted and Manchester. They are worth a look but have proved a little unreliable at times.
